The RMA form is a fillable PDF. Complete it on your computer or print and fill it in by hand, then submit it to the Velace Customer Support portal selecting the category ‘RMA Request Form’.
How to submit
- Download the RMA form in PDF format from this page.
- Fill out the necessary information on the form, including your contact details, the reason for the return, and any other relevant information; and
- Once you have completed the form, you can submit it to the Velace Customer Support portal via the online Velace Support Portal selecting the category ‘RMA Request Form’.
Before you start
- All returns require an RMA number issued by Velace Customer Support.
- Once approved, you have 10 days to ship the hardware to the Service Centre address we provide, keeping proof of shipment.
- Transportation, insurance, customs and duties are borne by the purchaser, as set out in the RMA Policy.
